We are looking for someone who can learn all of our software as well as our CRM System and be able to test when feature changes and additions are made to the programs in addition to supporting our customers.

Duties will include, but are not limited to: phone, email, and remote communications assisting customers with our MultiLedger Accounting software, CheckMark Payroll software as well as our 1099 & 1095 software for Windows and Mac computers. We currently have a full-time opening in our organization for a highly motivated individual to join our team in customer service and software support. We also provide accounting and payroll services for clients who prefer not to do it themselves.
Our products run on both Windows and Macintosh computers. has developed accounting and payroll software for over 36 years and proudly serves thousands of small businesses across the United States and Canada.
